Mr. de Ligt has comprehensive knowledge of foreign import rules, regulations and restrictions, specializing in foreign new business startups and new business development. His experience in business spans more than 89 foreign countries. He is fluent in five languages and has established distribution networks in 34 countries.

Mr. Arie de Ligt is more than qualified to fill the role of Aquron’s European Respresentative, having been President/Owner of Liftcon, Inc. and formed joint ventures with several European companies to market and sell their products in the U.S. He later established and managed European branch office for HeatMax, Inc. as Director of International Sales. Mr. de Ligt is also the past President of Navire Cargo Gear AB in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Both pools and spa were waterproofed by applying Pool Shell Protector with an airless sprayer. The application which penetrates 3 to 5 inches inside the concrete pool walls, forms a silica hydro-gel inside the concrete matrix. This hydro-gel network waterproofs the pool shell from within, which protects the tenants below, strengthens the concrete, protects the reinforcing steel and provides a bond coat for the final pool finish.

The entire application on the 14th floor pool deck was completed in one day.
